Swag (aka Stuff We All Get). You may love it or hate it, but one thing’s for sure, when you’re accepted into college, you get a ton of swag.

Looking to create items to mail out to their direct-admit students, the College of Arts and Sciences needed a concept that would speak to their students. They’re explorers, game changers, and those whose dreams won’t fit into a one-size-fits-all-degree. With that in mind, we wanted to create something unique, something that could stand out from all the other random college swag a prospective student might be receiving, yet also spoke to the adventurous spirit of these individuals.

The custom illustrated bandana and pins were designed around the College’s core message and embellished with plus signs, a graphic element of its brand. The project also included a hand-lettered postcard with messaging that reiterated the explorative nature of their students.
